    At UJAIBA, we value your time and trust. Our shipping process is designed to deliver your favorite products quickly, safely, and efficiently—no matter where you are located within the country.


    1. Delivery Coverage

    We deliver orders to all regions across the country, ensuring that every customer enjoys a seamless shopping experience, regardless of location or distance.


    2. Processing Time

    • All confirmed orders are processed within 2–3 business days.

    • Once your order is shipped, you will receive an update via phone, message, or WhatsApp with the tracking details.

    • Orders placed during holidays or weekends may take slightly longer to process.


    3. Shipping Providers

    We work with trusted and reliable courier partners to ensure timely delivery:
    Steadfast Courier and Pathao Courier Service.
    Our logistics team carefully monitors every dispatch to ensure your parcel reaches you securely and on time.


    4. Delivery Timeframe

    • Standard delivery usually takes 2 to 3 business days after dispatch.

    • Delivery times may vary slightly depending on your location, product availability, and courier service performance.

    • Remote or rural areas may require additional delivery time.


    5. Shipping Fees

    • Inside Dhaka: Flat rate of 80৳

    • Outside Dhaka: Flat rate of 120৳

    • Free shipping is available for orders above 3500৳ or when purchasing 3 or more items in a single order.


    6. Order Tracking

    Once your order is shipped, you can easily track its status through our courier partner’s tracking system.
    For assistance, you can always contact our Customer Support Team via WhatsApp or phone for real-time updates.


    7. Missed Delivery / Delay

    If you are unavailable at the time of delivery, our courier will attempt redelivery or contact you directly to arrange a convenient time.
    Please ensure your delivery address and contact information are accurate to avoid delays.


    8. Damaged or Missing Packages

    If your package appears damaged, tampered, or incomplete, please record an unboxing video and notify us immediately through our support channels. Our team will resolve the issue as quickly as possible.
