    Returns, Exchange & Refunds Policy


    At UJAIBA, customer satisfaction is at the heart of everything we do. We maintain a transparent and simple return and exchange process to ensure your shopping experience is worry-free.


    1. Return & Exchange Eligibility

    To qualify for a return or exchange, please follow these guidelines:

    • You must inform us within 12 hours of receiving the product or upon delivery.

    • An unboxing video is mandatory as proof of product condition at the time of delivery.

    • The product must be in its original condition, unused, unwashed, and with all original tags and packaging intact.

    • Hygiene products such as underwear, lingerie, or intimate wear are not eligible for return or exchange once worn or damaged.

    • Defective or wrong products will be eligible for exchange or full refund after verification.


    2. How to Request a Return or Exchange

    • Contact us through WhatsApp or phone within the specified time frame.

    • Provide your order number, reason for return, and the required unboxing video.

    • Our support team will verify the request and guide you through the process.

    • Return shipping fees are to be covered by the customer unless the product received is defective or incorrect.


    3. Refund Process

    • Refunds are processed through the same payment method used for the purchase (Bkash, Nagad, Card, or aamarPay).

    • Once the returned product is received and inspected, your refund or exchange will be initiated within 2-3 business days.

    • Refunds may take additional time to reflect in your account depending on your payment provider.


    4. Non-Returnable Items

    Please note that the following items are not eligible for return or refund:

    • Worn, washed, or altered items

    • Products purchased during a flash sale or clearance offer

    • Underwear and intimate apparel without packaging or hygiene seals
